      Qualifications

      Must-Have:

      • Graduate or Masters in engineering with 12 plus years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
      • Hands-on expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and automation tools like (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
      • Experience in scripting/programming skills (Python/Bash/Go, or similar).
      • Experience with security frameworks & compliance standards (ISO, NIST, SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
      • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
      • Experience with zero-trust architecture and DevOps practices.

      Nice-To-Have:

      • Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or AWS Security Specialty.

      Responsibilities

      • Define and implement the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and controls to safeguard digital assets.
      • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, manage vulnerabilities, and execute penetration testing to identify and mitigate threats.
      • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
      • Lead the design and management of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
      • Drive automation initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance, utilizing tools like Terraform and Ansible.
      • Build and lead a high-performing team of DevOps and security engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
      • Manage relationships with vendors and oversee third-party security assessments to maintain robust security practices.
      • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the infrastructure's security posture and reliability metrics.

Additional acquisitions have positioned Nokia to be an industry leader in the transition to 5G wireless technology by offering the only end-to-end 5G network portfolio available on a global basis. In 2016 the Nokia brand re-entered the mobile handset market through a licensing agreement with HMD Global, allowing them to offer phones under the Nokia brand.
