What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with senior leaders to define analytical objectives and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Lead the documentation of technical and business requirements for scalable data solutions
- Oversee large-scale analytics initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Generate insights from complex datasets to support high-level decision-making and organizational transformation
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to communicate data findings effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, technology, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proven ability to deliver insights that influence strategic decision-making
- Strong understanding of data governance and integrity principles
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights

- Experience with advanced analytical tools such as SQL and Python
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms
