Job Description
• Make 25+ outbound cold calls per day to prospects such as medical facilities, property management companies, office buildings, retail spaces, and automotive dealerships
• Send cold emails and follow-ups using provided outreach scripts
• Verify contact details through LinkedIn and company websites before outreach
• Log every call, email, and interaction in the prospect tracker
• Follow a 7-touch follow-up sequence for each lead
• Manage communication with prospects during the outreach stage
• Escalate warm or interested leads within 1 hour
Skill Set
• Experience in B2B lead generation or outreach • Comfortable with cold calling • Strong organization and attention to detail • Experience managing trackers or CRM systems (Excel or similar) • Clear English communication skills (verbal and written) • Only open to Filipinos currently residing in the PhilippinesAbout the company
