What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage supplier selection, proposals, quotes, quote analysis, negotiation, and contract authoring for non-LTA parts
- Make strategic decisions regarding supplier order health for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with the procurement operations team to ensure compliance with sourcing activities
- Address and resolve incoming supplier questions, issues, and requests
- Lead projects related to part procurement and technical changes requiring supplier engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of sourcing, procurement, or buying experience, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and make decisions collaboratively
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and contract performance
- Knowledge of procurement processes and market trends
