      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and oversee the end-to-end merchandise Accounts Payable process, including invoice matching and vendor reconciliations
      - Partner closely with various departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate cost and coding alignment
      - Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining strong supplier partnerships
      - Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance Accounts Payable workflows and overall performance
      - Administer vendor loans and manage deposits across the Purchase Order lifecycle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within retail, wholesale, or consumer products
      - Supervisory or team lead experience overseeing Accounts Payable or cross-functional operational processes
      - Strong understanding of merchandise payables, inventory accounting, and Procure-to-Pay workflows
      - Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
      - Advanced Excel skills and experience with automation tools or data visualization platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing vendor claims or vendor loans
      - Exceptional communication and vendor-management skills
      - Analytical problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
