What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets within assigned regions
- Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue figures, adhering to deadlines
- Oversee and direct sales activities, providing mentorship and setting performance expectations for the sales team
- Coach team members to identify customer needs, develop strong relationships, and communicate the value of products and services
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms while emphasizing return on investment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of direct and channel enterprise software selling experience to large enterprises
- Proven experience with subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software working with enterprise accounts
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective business partnerships
- Experience in business planning and tracking progress toward goals while identifying and solving roadblocks
- Ability to adapt in fast-growing and changing environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in building and leading front-line sales teams, with a track record of scaling with the company
- Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas as both a sales leader and individual contributor
- Familiarity with IT systems, enterprise management, application development, or analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering executive-level presentations
- Knowledge of target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
