      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement strategies that enhance employee knowledge
      - Facilitate virtual or in-person training events, ensuring a positive learning experience
      - Create and update training documentation for accuracy and relevance
      - Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in education, business, or equivalent experience preferred
      - Experience in planning and organizing training programs required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite required
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in designing and delivering training for adults preferred
      - Experience in the insurance industry preferred
      - Project management experience preferred
      - Prior claims handling experience preferred
      - Curiosity about new and emerging technologies
