      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents, including leases, amendments, and subleases
      - Conduct rent variance analysis and process rent payments
      - Manage client, vendor, and landlord relationships effectively
      - Resolve rent and landlord/tenant issues as they arise
      - Review annual landlord reconciliation statements and ensure lease compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in lease administration, accounting, or property management
      - Strong understanding and ability to interpret complex commercial lease language
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (English/French) candidates preferred
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
