      Team - Legal

      Location - BKC, Mumbai

      Key Responsibilities
      • Collaborate closely with the Legal team to understand D&B’s legal processes, compliance requirements, and business operations
      • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, agreements, and contracts
      • Support the Legal team with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks
      • Draft and review email communications on behalf of the Legal team to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
      • Maintain an organized and systematic filing system for legal documents and email correspondence for easy retrieval
      • Monitor incoming emails, track requests, and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
      • Manage and update legal databases, ensuring documents are accurately cataloged and always up to date
      • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes with attention to detail
      • Act as a primary coordination point between the Legal department and other internal business units to ensure smooth communication and workflow


      Key Requirements
      • Candidates who are graduates and currently pursuing CS or Law are preferred
      • Strong task‑prioritization and organizational abilities
      • Basic awareness of corporate finance and compliance/secretarial duties
      • Prior Legal/CS/Finance internship experience is an added benefit
