      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support and troubleshooting for library technology
      - Collaborate with other student staff to deliver services at the InfoLabs and Library Technology Group Help Desk
      - Process the circulation of technology items such as laptops and cameras
      - Assist with orders for poster prints
      - Deliver courteous customer service to library staff and patrons

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service skills
      - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Interest in problem-solving or experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
      - Working knowledge of Apple macOS and Microsoft Windows operating systems
      - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Formal or informal computer support experience
      - Familiarity with standard desktop hardware and software
      - Familiarity with computer networking
      - Ability to lift computing equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and monitors
      - Valid driver's license to drive a UW-owned vehicle
