      UNIT DESCRIPTION:

      Baird 3 opened as an Adult Medicine Telemetry unit in June 2019. The team that makes up Baird 3 was originally cultivated utilizing experienced UVMMC staff and newly hired staff from all over the world. Over the years, Baird 3 has created a positive and enthusiastic environment that up lifts and supports one another.
      Baird 3 is a fast paced and stimulating unit. The immense variety of patients and diagnosis’ enables staff to grow professionally and personally. Baird 3 provides a foundation for one to flourish, evolve and advance their skills.

      JOB DESCRIPTION:

      The Nursing Assistant is responsible for specific aspects of direct and indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.

      EDUCATION:

      High School diploma or GED preferred. LNA, licensed in Vermont.

      EXPERIENCE:

      Previous health care experience preferred.

      This is a bargaining union position.
