- Lead and manage the production line to achieve scheduled output.
- Conduct sample testing and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain production and manufacturing documentation.
- Set up and operate machinery effectively.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment on the production line.
- Experience in production and manufacturing environments.
- Mechanical maintenance and machine operation skills.
- Expertise in line setup and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong focus on quality and documentation.
Job Title: Line LeadJob DescriptionLead a production line responsible for producing liquid products and ensure that production output meets the schedule. Perform sample testing and documentation primarily through written and paper copies, and document production and manufacturing processes.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a clean and well-lit manufacturing facility. Currently, masks are mandatory, and upon arrival, there is a health check process including a questionnaire and temperature screening. If an individual's temperature exceeds 100.4°F, they will not be allowed entry and will be sent home.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
