What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to venue payroll schedulers, GM’s, and Operations Managers
- Train venue management on system processes and procedures
- Create and maintain event templates, positions, skills, work types, and departments
- Extract files required for Payroll processing weekly
- Onboard new venues, managers, and employees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience with ABIMM (TMSS) preferred, or 5+ years with similar TKS
- Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Working knowledge of Workday and ADP Payroll platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
