What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review loan applications, supporting documentation, and credit authorization
- Document client conversations in loan origination software and provide timely follow-up
- Communicate status updates to Loan Originators, Production Teams, and clients
- Assist clients with the utilization of the Origination system (Octane)
- Ensure loan Turn Time requirements are met through effective management of tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Basic understanding of financial documents such as assets, income, and credit
- Ability to manage multiple demands and adapt well to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience working within the mortgage industry
- Working knowledge of Encompass software system
- Exceptional analytical and computer skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
