      The Low Code App Lead is tasked with the development of Airtron’s Power Platform, focusing on collaborating with other developers and users to design, build, implement and support Microsoft Power platform including Power Apps and Google AppSheet.

      Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Design, develop, and manage existing and new applications with low-code tool set.
      • Support all phases of app development lifecycle with tools to streamline project management, requirements, version control, testing, deployment. Incorporate Agile development practices and DevOps tools.
      • Work with business stakeholders and decision makers to find creative ways to automate business processes. Using low-code to build value-driven enterprise business applications.
      • Create and test functional prototypes to reach the best possible customer experience
      • Building and maintain collaboration SharePoint sites and/or apps.
      • Develop API or rest services integrations, understanding how to implement solutions with multiple data sources.
      • Securely integrate data and logic from any source, system, or service – including core legacy systems.
      • Use appropriate change control procedures for implementing software enhancements. Implement SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packaging to deploy to PROD.
      • Developing Azure logic apps, Developing Azure functions, assisting Power BI development, and support.
      • Learn leading edge Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365, Office 365, Microsoft Azure.
      • Experience with, Webhooks, Web Parts, SQL, and workflow creation.
      • Experience of SQL and RDBMS technologies is preferable.
      • Understanding of MS Licensing, Security, Active Directory.
      • Migration of existing Appsheet apps to Power Platform as appropriate
      • Provide guidance to citizen developers in the Airtron business on best practices for Low Code / No Code app environments.

      Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

      • Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online.
      • Experience in the Google AppSheet Platform.
      • Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Canvass Apps, Microsoft Model-Driven Apps, Administration of users and application.
      • Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.
      • Be highly motivated, self-directed, and passionate about our people and business.
      • Possess effective organization and planning skills

      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and function independently with minimal supervision
      • Possess impeccable attention to detail
      • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written)
      • Consistently display awareness and sensitivity to the needs of internal and/or external clients. Proactively ensures these needs are met or exceeded.

      • Have Strong knowledge of the .Net framework (C#), IIS, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint site configuration
      • Apply an Agile way of working to all activities by leveraging DevOps modes of operations and Customer Centric Thinking and Design approaches
      • Experience with enterprise ticketing system used for work assignment and tracking.

      Qualification

      • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related IT system engineering experience. In lieu of a degree, applicants with at least five years relevant work experience will also be considered, certifications are a plus.
      • At least 3 years working in MS Power Platform and/or Google AppSheet services. Experience of both technologies is an advantage.
      • Microsoft Power Platform and Azure specific training or certifications also valued to include MB-600: Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect certification
      • Demonstrable experience with design, build, implementing and supporting Microsoft Power Apps, Google AppSheet and Dynamics 365 applications and services; knowledge of how it integrates with other Microsoft 365 software
