  Mace is supporting the delivery of some of the UAE’s most forward‑looking and transformational projects. As we continue to expand our presence in Abu Dhabi, we are inviting talented professionals to register their Expression of Interest for upcoming opportunities across a growing portfolio of major projects in the emirate.

  This is an opportunity to contribute to projects and programmes that will shape Abu Dhabi’s next phase of growth - creating sustainable places, world‑class infrastructure, and innovative destinations that set new standards in project and programme delivery.

  We are seeking interest from candidates across a range of disciplines, including (but not limited to):

  • Project and Programme Management

  • Design Management (all disciplines)

  • Construction Management

  • Commercial and Cost Management

  • PMO, Planning and Project Controls

  • Health, Safety and Environment

  • Contracts and Procurement

  • Stakeholder and Interface Management

  What we look for:

  • Proven experience on large-scale, complex projects/programmes.

  • Proven consultancy experience.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

  • Prior UAE experience is preferred.

  • Residing in or willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi is required.
