- Load and unload parts or products onto pallets.
- Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements.
- Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating.
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
- Meet production deadlines and goals.
- Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
- Operate and maintain machinery.
- Experience in production and machine operation.
- Proficiency with general labor tasks and machine operating.
- Ability to use tape measures and familiarity with CNC operations.
- Troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical and general production knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team. You will work Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 5:30 am. This role is crucial in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, offering a competitive hourly rate.

Work Environment
The work environment is in a plastic manufacturing facility that is not temperature controlled. The pace of work is steady and does not involve heavy lifting, providing a comfortable atmosphere for your tasks.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
