  Machine Operator

  Job Description

  We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team. You will work Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 5:30 am. This role is crucial in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, offering a competitive hourly rate.

  Responsibilities

  • Load and unload parts or products onto pallets.
  • Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements.
  • Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating.
  • Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
  • Meet production deadlines and goals.
  • Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
  • Operate and maintain machinery.

  Essential Skills

  • Experience in production and machine operation.
  • Proficiency with general labor tasks and machine operating.
  • Ability to use tape measures and familiarity with CNC operations.
  • Troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical and general production knowledge.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  Work Environment

  The work environment is in a plastic manufacturing facility that is not temperature controlled. The pace of work is steady and does not involve heavy lifting, providing a comfortable atmosphere for your tasks.

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, PA.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
