      Job Description

      Maintains, operates and repairs building and utilities equipment including high pressure boilers, building management systems, medical gas systems and related equipment. Inspects all equipment and makes repairs, as required.

      Job Responsibility

      1.Maintains, operates, inspects and repairs building and utilities equipment including high pressure boilers, building management systems, medical gas systems and related equipment as directed by departmental management.
      2.Ensures the proper operation and maintenance of equipment/systems.
      3.Ensures all areas of the Utility Plant are kept clean and orderly. Reports condition status of the Utility Plant and related equipment.
      4.Performs preventative and general maintenance monitors, and recommends materials for common shop supplies. 5.Ensures a safe, comfortable and appropriate environment of care by ensuring utilities, medical gases and other services are available.
      6.Performs related duties as required.

      Job Qualification

      •High School Diploma or equivalent required.
      •1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
