Responsible for all general maintenance and repair of minor problems of leaking fixtures; unclogging drains;throughout the Speaking Rock Entertainment Center as directed by immediate supervisor; must have knowledge in plumbing, basic construction, sheetrock repair, painting, etc.

Ensures adherence to all OSHA regulations and internal safety policies and procedures.

Operates company vehicles as required.

Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment as assigned.

Supports other Maintenance Techs as needed.

Other duties as assigned by Department Manager and/or General Manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs all general maintenance and repair functions within approved guidelines and as directed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. ?Ability to speak effectively.? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
