What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate leads and acquire new mid-market business accounts through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Develop and implement market strategies to penetrate new territories and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Enhance sales skills and product knowledge through continuous learning and training participation
- Measure results and communicate progress and insights to leadership
- Participate in additional duties and projects as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-7 years of outside sales experience with a proven history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
- 2-4 years of experience in solutions/applications selling
- 2-4 years of telecommunications or technical sales experience
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience interacting with C-Suite executives and delivering sales presentations
- Proven ability in proposal writing and following up on product/service proposals
- Strong negotiation skills including emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
