What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing technical support and issue resolution
- Utilize Microsoft-based MSP software to deliver advanced IT support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Windows, Mac, networking, and cybersecurity
- Manage client relationships, assess needs, and assist with project management
- Work independently and collaboratively to support team members and ensure client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based MSP tools
- 3-5 years of hands-on advanced IT support experience
- Administrative skills in SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and troubleshooting in various environments
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously and strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Leadership experience in project management and documentation
- Knowledge of MSP tools and ticketing systems like Autotask or ConnectWise
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
- Familiarity with iOS/Android systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and client relationship management
