What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing technical support and issue resolution
- Utilize Microsoft-based MSP software to deliver advanced IT support
- Troubleshoot, network, and maintain cybersecurity protocols
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously and maintain strong client relationships
- Work in onsite, virtual, and cloud environments to ensure seamless IT operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based MSP tools
- 3-5 years of hands-on advanced IT support experience
- Administrative proficiency in SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and ticketing systems like Autotask or ConnectWise
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Familiarity with iOS/Android systems
- Additional certifications in IT-related fields
- Project management experience
