      Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      What You’ll Do:

      The Manager of Client Relationships provides leadership and oversight to the Client Operational Excellence group. They will oversee the provision of advice, guidance, and support for business operations analysis and improvement over Client Operations Excellence. They will work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders at varying levels of management to identify, design, and implement operational improvements and help drive performance, decrease complexity, and increase effectiveness.

      You will determine, implement, track, and analyze business metrics/KPIs and the operations required to achieve those metrics. Develop actionable insights, exercise sound business judgment, and engage with management to focus and improve business operations. The Manager of Client Relationships will also advise client groups in support of the business unit’s strategic goals and financial plan.

      Additionally, this role will help meet Cox’s strategic goals by coordinating objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning relevant resources. This role requires a strategic thinker with very strong management skills and an in-depth understanding of the Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty vehicles and trailer parts business.

      Essential Responsibilities

      • Collects, monitors, and analyzes business performance data for diverse business process areas

      • Provides leadership for subordinate leaders and teams across the Client Op Excellence group.

      • Will work to eliminate friction and inefficiency between Sales and Operations

      • Works closely with operational and functional leaders to understand business and process methods, needs, issues, and challenges

      • Defines and develops process and operations improvement recommendations.

      • Oversees service provision to regional and global stakeholders, ensuring operations and services align, support, and deliver expected returns

      • Leverages performance and related data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights for operational / service improvements, making recommendations to leadership

      • Leverages business intelligence and fact-based insights to drive decision-making

      • Determines the optimal resource mix for effective project delivery

      • Monitors Operations Management’s metrics to understand patterns and trends, identify cross-organizational issues, and develop data-based insights and recommendations to improve the department's methods and outcomes going forward

      • Develops, recommends, and oversees the implementation of functional process improvement initiatives

      • Assists with other duties and special projects as assigned.

      • Develops, leads, and ensures implementation of process improvements, new initiatives, and projects

      • Develop a culture of continuous improvement, always striving to develop the most consistent and efficient processes

      • Monitors service delivery, ensuring applied processes are effective, efficient, and in tune with changing organizational, structural, and other requirements

      Who You Are:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and eight (8) years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and six (6) years of experience, a Ph.D. and up to three (3) years of experience, or twelve (12) years of experience in a related field.

      • 5+ years’ experience in a management or leadership role.

      • Experience in customer service, maintenance coordination, technician dispatching, Diesel technology, or a similar capacity.

      • An understanding of the Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty vehicles and power, trailer, and body parts business

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Prior experience within the automotive industry

      • Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and communication capabilities with key stakeholders

      • Strong Excel and data entry skills, the ability to learn new platforms, and proficient use of Word and PowerPoint

      • Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability to coach by providing feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas needed to accomplish assigned tasks or solve a problem, motivate and provide guidance to others to ensure performance by clear expectations and goals.

      • Proven interpersonal and customer service skills with a track record of collaborating cross-functionally, building positive relationships, and becoming a trusted partner to relevant cross-functional partners

      • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with all levels within the organization

      • Advanced organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and analytical skills, such as the ability to gather raw data and process that data into a meaningful form

      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and able to shift priorities quickly to adapt to rapidly changing environments

      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment and with all levels in the organization

      • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail

      • Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems
