- Engage B2B audiences throughout the prospect and customer journey, leveraging CARFAX’s account teams, marketing automation systems and digital marketing channels.
- Lead a high-performing team and create an environment that allows them each to be as successful as possible.
- Drive demand generation initiatives for sales prospects including:
- Lead generation campaigns across email, digital, events, direct mail and other channels
- Market awareness through industry associations, social media and web
- Partner with CARFAX sales team to deliver a consistent and engaging prospect journey
- Lead retention marketing efforts for customers including:
- Scaling an engagement strategy that communicates value delivered on an ongoing basis
- Share best practices that help our dealers and service shops get the most from their CARFAX partnership
- Align strategy with our other touchpoints across the dealer and shop lifecycle
- Develop personalized account-based marketing programs to engage our top accounts.
- Ensure engagement with executive-level stakeholders to ensure alignment across sales, account management, marketing, and other departments.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.
- 15+ years’ experience in a scaled, B2B marketing environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Iterable) preferred.
- Strategic – takes ownership of our business objectives and builds strategies aligned to the necessary outcomes.
- Management Experience – has managed high performing teams and is able to work with team members to achieve superior results.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills – able to interact and communicate effectively with all levels within the company.
- Results-Oriented – self-motivated to achieve departmental and company-wide marketing, sales, and business goals with a sense of urgency.
- Analytical – skilled at measuring campaign results and applying learnings to future efforts.
- Ability to Execute – takes creative ideas and turns them into effective marketing messaging and campaigns.
- Data-Driven – uses specific customer data and prior learnings in order to create compelling, targeted prospect campaigns.

CARFAX is looking for a Manager of Demand Generation who is passionate about building programs that get customers excited about our market-leading products. You will work with one of the world’s most trusted brands with an amazing wealth of data that no other company possesses. We have used this foundation to build a set of solutions already used by tens of thousands of car dealers and service shops, and we expect continued growth.You will play a critical role in the success of our core Dealer and Service businesses by leading the team that drives our prospect and customer engagement programs. You will work with counterparts across sales and marketing, among other teams, to create interest from businesses who do not yet work with CARFAX and deeply engage our existing customers to ensure they maximize their value from working with us.
This role has an expectation of 3 days in the office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.
