Overview of the Role
Reporting to the Regional Director, Human Resources of Québec , the Human Resources Manager is responsible for promoting the Company culture and values. The person will be in charge of all activities related to recruitment and selection, communication, employee benefits, training and development, health and safety, and employee/labor relations for our plant in Saint-Raymond and our warehouse in St-Foy.
Please note that we can offer a relocation package for this position in the beautiful region of Saint-Raymond or near by.
How you will make contributions that matter:
· Act as an HR business partner for managers, supervisors and personnel on policies, procedures and practices pertaining to human r esources, benefits and safety;
· Support the management team of the plant and warehouse as a business partner;
· Establish HR priorities ensure alignment with the Canadian Division;
· Champion the Saputo Culture to all levels of employees ;
· Lead and carry out various projects related to HR ;
· Perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
· A diploma in Human Resource Management. A CHRP designation woul d be an asset;
· 5 to 7 Years Human Resource Generalist experience ;
· 3-5 years of Human Re sources Management experience , an asset ;
· Dependable and team oriented with a history of bei ng able to work independently;
· Strong communication, interpersonal and analyti cal skills;
· Bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken because the person will have to deal with partners all across Canada ;
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
