What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee CyberSecurity operations to ensure systems are functional and secure
- Manage projects, processes, resources, and support activities within Security
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide twenty-four-hour support for technical issues and incident response
- Mentor and influence a team of security analysts and engineers to foster career development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Security
- At least 2 years’ experience in a lead or manager position
- Demonstrated project management, process improvement, and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Healthcare Information Security (HIPAA, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in healthcare technology
- Information Security Certifications (CISSP, etc.)
- Master’s degree in a related field
