- Leads a team of marketing and communications professionals, coaching and directing their performance in accordance with the team’s high standards for excellence in client service
- Manages the development, implementation and measurement of ROI-based communication and marketing plans
- Uses market research and other analytics to develop recommendations for clients on how to improve customer satisfaction
- Develops, improves, standardizes and manages work processes to ensure consistent performance that meets client expectations, including cross-functional collaboration
- Ensures disciplined budget management
- Leads client, project and management meetings with department heads and management peers inside and outside the business unit

Position Specific Description

To support this exciting business growth opportunity, we are looking for an experienced Manager, Enterprise Marketing to join our business-to-business (B2B) demand generation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing at the enterprise level and a proven track record of assisting business development and sales organizations deliver on revenue goals.
As the Manager of Enterprise Marketing, you will lead B2B marketing efforts in the commercial and industrial (C&I), municipal and institutional sectors and work in various exciting fields, including clean energy technology, Software-as-a-service, green hydrogen, clean energy transmission, EV charging infrastructure and more. Your role will work closely with product experts from across the enterprise to understand our commercial offerings and develop engaging, insights-driven strategies to build awareness of our products and technology, generate demand and enable the sales teams you support. As a B2B marketing expert, you will manage strategy and proper execution across all B2B channels, including marketing automation, social media, events, content marketing and related digital channels, while ensuring deliverables are on time and budget. The ideal candidate will be able to lead a successful team of marketers in developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans across a complex organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own, build and implement marketing strategies for a variety of brands and teams across the enterprise, ensuring connection and coordination with corporate strategies.
· Build effective marketing materials (e.g., webinars, blogs, case studies, web content) and sales enablement assets (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, sell sheets, playbooks) to support sales efforts.
· Develop demand generation campaigns, including campaigns and programs to drive leads and revenue.
· Measure and report on the success of campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions and revenue.
· Partner with subject matter experts and product experts from across the business to develop content marketing strategy targeting specific industry verticals and account-based marketing opportunities
· Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships within NextEra Energy’s key product and client relationship groups
Ideal Requirements:
· 7+ years of experience with a proven track record as a B2B Marketer in a complex enterprise structure
· Experience developing full-funnel B2B marketing strategies and tactics
· Proven experience building successful lead generation and nurture campaigns across channels and technology platforms
· Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to manage budgets
· Experience in the energy industry a plus
· Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot or Marketing Cloud
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
