Manager, Omni-Channel Analytics
This role is part of an Analytics Center of Excellence that aims to differentiate AbbVie as a leader in omni-channel customer experiences and to build lasting relationships with consumers and physician audiences through omni-channel experiences powered by data and analytics.
The individual in this role will be a key contributor to the team responsible for omni-channel analytics supporting the growing roadmap of our internal analytic capabilities. This individual is skilled in designing and conducting analytics to optimize an integrated customer experience across channels.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key player in AbbVie’s measurement plans across all US brand to support marketing efforts
- Provide analytic support and data driven guidance for optimization of marketing tactics across multiple therapeutics and brands
- Partner with Business Technology Services (BTS) and Data Strategy teams to design, build, and implement AbbVie’s digital marketing capabilities
- Build advanced analytics models from internal data sources to inform marketing teams and optimize marketing tactics
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver digital analytics dashboards and other insights across US product portfolio
- Partner with Media & Customer experience teams to integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across all marketing tactics, including defining and tracking “Most Valuable Actions” on consumer websites
- Collaborate with Brand Analytics and business teams to formulate strategic and tactical investment recommendations
- Execute core analysis with limited supervision directly or via vendors
- Create and conduct presentations and read outs
- Design test-and-learn strategies for A/B and multivariate/statistical tests across digital/CRM channels to identify causal impact and iteratively improve performance through key learnings
- Utilize consumer and physician level data to conduct advance modeling including media lift measurement, multi-touch attribution

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of Data and Analytics experience
- 4+ years of Marketing Analytics experience
- 4+ years of Omni-Channel Measurement and Optimization experience

Required Skills/Competencies:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL
- 3+ years of experience in a web analytics tool (Adobe or Google)
- 5+ years of experience in dashboard design and development (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
- Adept in navigating a matrix environment at a large company, including effective communication and influence skills
- Strong abilities to deliver actionable insights by combining data/analytics with research and business trends

Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Quantitative Discipline
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in R or Python
- Experimental Design / Test-and-Learn development
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
This is a hybrid role based in our Mettawa, IL office 3 days a week.
