Your Role
If you are a strategic leader passionate about driving excellence in supplier performance and customer experience this is your opportunity to join IAG and shape our Property Supply Chain, ensuring partners align with business values while delivering quality, efficiency, and cost control.
You will lead and develop a team of Property Supplier Performance Specialists, ensuring strong partnerships and operational efficiency within the Property Claims Fulfilment strategy. You will be responsible for optimizing sourcing strategies, improving supply processes, and managing commercial relationships to meet customer needs and scalability goals.
You will oversee partner performance, addressing assessing issues, stakeholder escalations, and complaints to maintain service quality. By driving efficiency initiatives and implementing resource strategies, you will enhance national service standards and cost management. Governance and risk management are key, ensuring compliance with policies and industry regulations while collaborating with internal teams to align execution and processes.
This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Australia.
