What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of recruitment marketing professionals
- Lead and oversee multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies aligned with hiring goals
- Manage vendor partnerships and oversee campaign performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive messaging and candidate experiences
- Leverage analytics to optimize campaign performance and report on key metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment marketing
- Direct people leadership experience required
- Required experience with national campaign management
- Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expert skills and proficiency with marketing analytics software and Google Analytics
- Experience in digital engagement and storytelling within recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads
