      DESCRIPTION:

      Join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Manager, Talent Acquisition - Functional Service Partnerships (FSP). In this highly visible leadership role, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for delivering exceptional FSP hiring outcomes across a dynamic portfolio of client groups. This position combines hands-on delivery leadership with strategic talent acquisition management, ensuring recruiting teams meet ambitious hiring goals while providing a best-in-class experience for hiring managers, candidates, and business stakeholders.

      Operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, you will coach and develop recruiters, drive recruiting performance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and TA leadership to align talent strategies with workforce demands, proactively address hiring challenges, and ensure successful execution against service level agreements (SLAs) and operational objectives.

      Success in this role requires a strong recruiting delivery background and the ability to lead teams through changing priorities and high-volume hiring demands. You will leverage talent market insights, recruiting analytics, and process optimization strategies to enhance team performance, improve hiring outcomes, and support Thermo Fisher Scientific's mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Lead, coach, and develop a team of FSP recruiters, driving performance, engagement, and professional growth.
      • Own recruiting delivery across multiple client groups, ensuring hiring goals, quality metrics, and SLAs are consistently achieved.
      • Monitor recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and requisition performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
      • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce plans.
      • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture centered on responsiveness, accountability, and operational excellence.
      • Utilize recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and workforce analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and influence decision-making.
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
      • Support escalations, complex searches, and critical hiring initiatives while balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and talent acquisition best practices.


      Preferred Background
      • Proven experience leading recruiting teams in an agency, FSP, or high-volume corporate talent acquisition environment. FSP experience preferred.
      • Strong track record of delivering against aggressive time to fill hiring targets and managing recruiting operations through periods of growth and change.
      • Demonstrated ability to coach recruiters, manage performance, and build highly engaged teams.
      • Experience working within client-service-oriented delivery models with a strong focus on responsiveness and stakeholder management.
      • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage leaders at all levels.
