- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company website, online store, and related online applications.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform, plugins, and integrations with other business systems.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, such as web developers, hosting providers, and domain registration services, including monitoring uptime and security.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to web platforms, such as data privacy and accessibility standards, security, and PCI compliance.
- Ensure that our company website, online store and CRM are functioning properly and providing a positive user experience by monitoring website traffic and other key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and content, to ensure that the website and other web platforms are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest web technologies and trends and make recommendations for new technology solutions or improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to the website, CRM, and related platforms.

- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience managing web hosting services, domain registration, and SSL certificates.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with source control such as GitHub, Subversion, Bitbucket, or others.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of web platform projects and team activities.
- Familiarity with AWS and other cloud infrastructure providers.
- Familiarity or hands on experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce).
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in web development, hosting, and maintenance.
- At least 2 years of experience managing development teams.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Platform Development Manager to manage the technical aspects and development of our web platforms, including our company website, online store, and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in web development, hosting, and maintenance. They should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and the ability to effectively manage 3rd party vendor relationships.
