What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance to design compensation plans aligned with company growth goals
- Maintain a scalable compensation framework across various segments while balancing simplicity and motivational impact
- Lead annual and mid-year plan design cycles, including quota methodology and special incentive programs
- Benchmark pay and incentive structures against market data to ensure competitiveness
- Own the end-to-end commission processing, including calculations, approvals, and payout reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) metrics such as ARR, NDR, and quota attainment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high data integrity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with compensation tools like QuotaPath

- Demonstrated success in reducing disputes and escalations through clear documentation
- Familiarity with CRM data systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce (SFDC)
