      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for loan documenting, boarding, collateral perfecting and monitoring for a specific market segment. Key responsibilities include ensuring that loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank policies and procedures and that work product is delivered accurately and timely. Job expectations include interacting with business partners to achieve their defined business objectives.


      Responsibilities:

      • Develops strong operational management metrics
      • Provides coaching to less experienced employees
      • Supports executive-level clients
      • Identifies process inefficiencies and makes necessary process improvements, in order to improve client experience
      • Communicates effectively
      • Identifies root cause of issues; drives issue remediation
      • Builds strong relationships with business partners

      Managerial Responsibilities:
      This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. At Bank of America, all managers at this level demonstrate the following responsibilities, in addition to those specific to the role, listed above. . The ability to handle multiple tasks while balancing the need for both quality and efficiency in fast paced metric-centric environment is a necessity. Will be held accountable to metrics on SLA and accuracy. Ability to suggest approaches to meet Client needs rather than relying strictly on procedures.

      Required Skills:

      • Minimum of 3 years experience with approving documentation and pre-close due diligence for commercial or consumer loans

      • Minimum of 2 years experience as a manager or team lead or SME, managing large group with complex pipelines and challenging deliverables

      • Previous experience leading projects

      • Strong business acumen

      • Excellent communication both written and oral

      • Risk Manager: Leads and encourages the identification, escalation and resolution of potential risks.

      • People Manager & Coach: Knows and develops team members through coaching and feedback.

      • Financial Steward: Manages expenses and demonstrates an owner’s mindset.

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $76,900.00 - $113,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
