      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction
      - Advocate for sustainable healthcare data collection practices for the benefit of clients and network members
      - Optimize project outcomes by anticipating potential issues and proactively addressing them
      - Manage complex projects, including bidding and feasibility, while adhering to bespoke requirements
      - Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to enhance tools and systems for stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, operations management, business administration, or data analytics; MBA optional
      - Minimum of 5 years of quantitative project management experience in healthcare market research data collection
      - Proven ability to enhance account growth and client satisfaction
      - Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel, SQL, and Looker
      - Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to build effective working relationships
