What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support marketing execution across multiple centers, including email, flyers, and basic social media coordination
- Create and update materials using Canva
- Maintain schedules, trackers, and documentation in Google Docs & Sheets
- Coordinate communication between leadership, center teams, and vendors
- Assist with administrative tasks, organization, and follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication skills to work well with different personalities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
- Comfort with using Canva and Google Workspace
- Availability for a part-time role with weekday hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in marketing or administrative roles, particularly in educational settings
- Familiarity with social media marketing strategies
- Previous experience in a multi-site operational environment
- Skills in graphic design or content creation
