      Summary:

      Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for the hospitality and wine industry? Hawks View Winery is seeking a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the Marketing Department’s social media, digital marketing, public relations, and field marketing efforts.

      As our Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role by crafting captivating content for our social media accounts, orchestrating photo and video shoots and events, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital media platforms. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments including Wine Club, Winemaking, Tasting Room, Culinary, and Fulfillment to execute successful marketing campaigns and events.

      In addition to your marketing responsibilities, you’ll perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized paper and digital files.
      You’ll be an integral part of our team and play a role in supporting overall business operations!

      Compensation : $25.00 hourly + DOE

      Schedule : Monday – Friday, Holidays, and Special Events

      Hours : 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      MARKETING

      • Post to social media accounts.
      • Develop digital email marketing campaigns in collaboration with Wine Club and launch weekly.
      • Assist with auditing company websites and third-party websites in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
      • Conduct photo and video shoots and events.
      • Follow brand guidelines throughout all social and digital media platforms.
      • Monitor social media accounts for guest reviews and comments and assist with responding to reviews and comments.
      • Organize and maintain photography, videography, and collateral files.
      • Assist with charitable donation requests and organizing charitable donations.
      • Assist with various marketing administrative tasks as assigned.
      • Assist with marketing questions via email or follow-up with appropriate departments.
      • Understand and adheres to the Hawks View values and service standards.
      • Perform all other duties as assigned.

      ADMINISTRATIVE

      • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
      • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
      • Respond to inquiries directed to the info@ hawksviewwinery.com site.
      • Respond appropriately to reviews from third party websites.
      • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
      • Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
      • Maintain scheduling and event calendars to take reservations, venue requests and assist with event planning.
      • Fill out purchase requisitions.
      • Maintain appointment calendar.
      • Maintain inventory of office forms and assist with physical inventory.
      • Maintain records, reports, or files.
      • Prepare billing statements.
      • Process invoices.
      • Mail newsletters, promotional material, or other information.
      • Assist with ordering and dispense supplies.
      • Provide services to members and guests, such as order placement or account information. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
      • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
      • Any other duties as assigned by Winery Supervisor.

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Use Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel quickly and accurately.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced office.
      • Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
      • Exhibits integrity (honesty and truthfulness).
      • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

      Education:

      • Associate degree (or other 2-year degree) or equivalent college courses.
