What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of client briefings, newsletters, and thought leadership materials
- Conduct basic client, industry, and competitor research to support business development initiatives
- Provide logistical support for webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and client-facing events
- Help maintain CRM contact lists and assist with email campaign distribution
- Collaborate with business development managers and coordinators on cross-functional projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant coursework or internships in marketing, communications, or business a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms a plus
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
