What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and facilitate auctions for storage units
- Train facility housekeepers to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with marketing company president and executive assistant for new builds
- Ensure high-quality customer care and service at the storage facility
- Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency with technology and software systems
- Management experience in a relevant field
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions in the work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the storage or moving industry
- Familiarity with auction processes and facility management
- Experience in training staff or managing teams
- Knowledge of marketing strategies for storage facilities
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy work environment
