What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and facilitate auctions for storage units
- Train facility housekeepers to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with marketing company president and executive assistant to complete new builds
- Assist in storage facility operations to ensure high-quality customer care
- Manage technology-related tasks for efficient operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency with technology for effective operations
- Management experience to lead and train staff
- Ability to travel to neighbor islands as needed
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions in the work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service or management role within the moving and storage industry
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to storage facilities
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Experience with scheduling and event coordination
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to storage services
