- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design sales and marketing plans, while setting goals for growth
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Ensure employees are working productively and develop professionally
- Prepare regular reports for HQ
- Other special tasks as assigned
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
- Strong presentation/public speaking proficiencies with the ability to effectively communicate and influence potential partners, customers, and internal management at all levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to scale presentations to executive level
- Demonstrated analytical, reasoning, planning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent documentation writing skills
- A strategic mindset
- Ability to work as part of the leadership team and provide strategic direction
- Strong team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications or related fields

As Anatomage has successfully adapted to the pandemic, we have increasingly ramped up our services virtually to all of our clients by providing more resources. As a General Manager you will be responsible for hiring and managing the organization's needs, set up sales and marketing plans, and communicate with our HQ office.
The ideal candidate has a background in business, corporate strategy, project management with previous experience in team building. This person must have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
