      Job Summary
      Hyundai L&C is seeking a well-rounded, results-oriented Marketing Specialist in its Atlanta, GA corporate headquarters office. This role emphasizes execution of a wide variety of marketing communications programs based on sales and marketing strategies to help drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion for our HanStone Quartz and Hanex Solid Surfaces brands.       Duties and Responsibilities
      • Creative development of innovative communications programs that reach design & construction trade professionals and consumers who are in the process of remodeling their homes
      • Manage major trade shows including Kitchen/Bath Industry Show (KBIS)
      • Manage overall marketing communications budget
      • Manage external agency and vendor partners such as printers, etc.
      • Plan and manage marketing campaigns and content development (videos, podcasts, etc.) designed to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion
      • Communicate with senior management and sales leaders about marketing initiatives and program metrics, as well as brainstorm for fresh ideas and strategies
      • Plan and manage marketing support/campaigns for product launches
      • Supervision of sample and display program, in partnership with sample coordinator
      • Regular reporting of key marketing metrics/KPIs to measure engagement and conversion such as website traffic, etc.
      • Find new and innovative ways to grow audience size and engagement

      Required Education and Experience
      • 3-5+ years’ experience successfully managing integrated marketing communications programs that include trade shows, customer events, print advertising, email marketing, social media and similar marketing tools
      • Experience in the kitchen & bath, home improvement or building products/interiors products industry is a must (appliances, cabinetry, plumbing, flooring, etc.)
      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or related field
      • Experience in digital marketing including website management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing and social media, in collaboration with social media team
      • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel to track annual and monthly budgets, etc.
      • Presentation development
      • Ability to excel in a team environment (creative team, sales team, marketing team, etc.) but must be able to work with little supervision
      • Manage budgets and complete projects within desired timelines
      • Experience with sample and dealer display programs is a plus
      • Experience in the surfacing industry is a plus
      • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
      • B2B and B2C experience
      • Excellent written and verbal communication
      • Working in or with Korean companies is a plus

      This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

      Travel: Periodic for trade shows and customers events; approx. 10-15%
