Position:Server/Bartender
Status:Non-Exempt Hourly
Supervisor:Dining Room Manager / Shift Manager
Job Classification:Food Service

Summary:
Our Servers spend the most face-time with our guests and are key to delivering the experience our guests expect. We are looking for individuals who will deliver this “Guest-First” service by providing a genuine, pleasant, and meaningful interaction, while experiencing their own personal growth in an ideal working environment. At Marzoni’s, our focus is not only on the well being of our customers, but also our employees!
Job Description:
·Scan of floor to ensure guest satisfaction
·Have knowledge of all drinks and menu items.
·Serves food and beverages to Guests.
·Seats Guests.
·Interacts with guest in a courteous, professional manner.
·Proper and responsible serving of alcoholic beverages.
·Checking ID’s
·Cleans and stocks server station.
·Pre-bussing, Cleaning and resetting tables.
·Assist in any area as needed.
·Working as a team member with all dining room staff and personnel.
·Complies and maintains Marzoni’s safety and sanitation standards at all times.
·Performing any task assigned by supervisor.
·Knowing the POS system.
·Wrapping silverware.

Server wages are $2.83/hr + tips.
