  Als Farbtechniker / Lacklaborant (m/w/*) am Standort Hilden haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Herstellung, Prüfung und Korrektur von Lösungen, Dispersionen und Spezialfarben.
  • Verantwortung für Qualitätsprüfung, Farbkontinuität und Rezepturkorrekturen.
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitsvorschriften, Umweltschutzauflagen und 3M Sicherheitsprogrammen.
  • Berichtung über SAP (MES), Regel-, RUN-Karten oder ähnliche Systeme sowie aktive Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen.
  • Sichtprüfung des technischen Zustands, Überprüfung der Sicherheitseinrichtungen, Materialversorgung und Entsorgung.

  Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

  Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Farbgeber*in, Chemikant*in, Maler*in und Lackierer*in, Lacklaborant*in oder mit einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung von Lösungen und Spezialfarben sowie ein gutes Farbempfinden und Kenntnisse der Reproduzierbarkeit von Farben.
  • Bereitschaft im 7-Tage-4-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten.

  Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

  • Das vorbildliche Agieren im Rahmen aller Sicherheitsbestimmungen und eine schnelle Reaktion bei Qualitätsmängeln stellen für Sie keine Herausforderung dar.
  • Ein gutes Qualitätsverständnis und Grundlagen des Qualitätsmanagements, Teamfähigkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und technisches Verständnis runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Sie besitzen gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP etc.) und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Verantwortungsbereitschaft für Lean/5S-Prozesse.
