  As a Full Time Master Builder working in Walmart stores, building their Seasonal displays and in store Bicycles, you will be our go-to-person to arrive in store, ready to build! You will be booked at stores, based on the planned and communicated schedule. You will build in stores, in designated areas to maximise the build, keep you and customers safe, away from busy spots. We take Health and Safety seriously; we adhere to all in store and OSL policies to ensure that all quality measures at met or exceeded. You are passionate about the latest Bike trends, want to sharpen your skills and grow along with us in a fast, fun, high-energy work environment. We are looking for you, an outgoing personality who delights in helping people connect with the oudoors!

  What we’re looking for:

  • Solid working knowledge of a tool kit, while we supply the tools, you have used drills, ratchets, drivers, and smaller handheld air compressors safely in your past.
  • Safe assembly of bicycles, that will withstand this season and years to come!
  • Can quickly comprehend technical directions to expertly and safely assemble display items also, such as patio furniture, display BBQ’s, gazebo’s, 2 person swings, display lawn mowers and snowblowers where needed.

  • Record your daily tallies, we have an easy webpage for you to track your skilled work.
  • You can work on your own, using your cell phone to communicate in chat with your team if issues arise or you just want to see if there are any build tips or tricks.
  • Participate in team chats, the team is there to support you, and when you can, you support the team with minor questions about a process or you can pass on a tip

  Physical Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, move 30-50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for extensive periods of time
  • You MUST have your own vehicle and be willing to travel within a designated region.
