      Our Client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a Materials Planner for their San Antonio, TX location.

      Responsibilities:
      • Work within a material planning team at the client San Antonio manufacturing facility where we build Class 6-8 commericial trucks and EVs.
      • Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle.
      • Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules.
      • Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.
      • Develops specifications for new contract orders.
      • Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprise-wide systems

      Requirements:
      • Proficient with MS Office
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
      • Bachelor’s degree and no experience OR At least 2 years of shop order planning and purchasing experience
