- Complete assigned mechanical installation tasks within the scheduled timeframes set by site supervision.
- Take personal responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring the safety of team members.
- Provide basic direction, training, and support to less expert personnel.
- Travel 100% to customer sites across the United States.
- Lead and develop a team of 10–15 installation technicians during project activities.
- Serve as a shift lead, supervising daily operations for teams of up to 10–15 technicians.
- Acquire OSHA 30 certification upon hire (company-supported).
- Ability to handle loads up to 50 lbs. and complete physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking throughout expansive building projects.
- Work optimally in various climates and environments typical of active construction areas.
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical installation or a closely related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the continental U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; a technical degree or niche training is helpful.
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings.
- Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures.
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform tasks including moving, dragging, bending, creeping, and walking on large construction sites in diverse environments.
- Effective interpersonal skills and a willingness to take direction and support team efforts.
- Basic computer skills preferred (email, spreadsheets, and report entry).
- Valid driver’s license required.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38,000 - $86,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
