  Medical Assistant – Sherman Oaks | $21/hr

  Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, typical business hours)

  Compensation: $21.00 per hour

  About the Role

  We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail‑oriented Medical Assistant to join a fast‑paced healthcare team in Van Nuys or Sherman Oaks . The ideal candidate is patient‑focused, organized, and comfortable working in a clinical environment with both administrative and hands-on responsibilities.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and room patients; record vitals and patient history
  • Assist providers with examinations and procedures
  • Perform basic clinical tasks such as EKGs, injections, specimen collection, and sterilization of equipment
  • Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient check‑in/out
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records
  • Support daily clinic flow and ensure a clean, safe workplace

  Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA, RMA, CCMA, etc.)
  • Prior clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
