What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform general warehousing tasks, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Build medical kits and prepare cargo, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards
- Oversee logistical operations for the influenza vaccination program and communicate updates to relevant units
- Conduct monthly reviews and provide reports on inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate logistics activities with base organizations, units, and government agencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of eight years of medical logistics field experience, with at least six years in specialized medical materiel management
- Experience in general supply activities, customer support, inventory management, and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in using and running transactions in the Medical Materiel Information System (MMIS)
- Accredited Associate's Degree or higher, or equivalent experience in medical logistics
- Ability to work independently and oversee onsite contractor staff

- Experience working in a healthcare or healthcare support environment
- Familiarity with medical controlled items and quality assurance processes
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Previous experience in program management and strategic readiness reporting
- Knowledge of the Air National Guard's operational needs and logistics
