- Transcribe medical charting for Providers.
- Assist in fundamental clinical care including Point of Care (POC) testing, intake of vitals and other procedures.
- Assist in coordinating patient triage and overall workflow.
- Maintain medical records, lab results, imaging reports in accurate manner in EHR.
- Manage faxing and referral process.
- High School Diploma required
- Medical Scribe experience preferredu00A0
- Medical Assistant experience preferredu00A0
- Experience in an Urgent Care environment preferred
- Certification and/or licensure to meet Order Entry requirements through one (1) of the following:u00A0
- Basic Life Support(BLS) required within 30 days of hire.u00A0u00A0
- Medical Assistant Certification (CCMA, CMA, NCMA or RMA.)u00A0
- Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) Certificationu00A0
- Certified Medical Scribe Specialist (CMSS) Certificationu00A0
- Healthcare Professional Licensure including but not limited to EMT, ARRT, RN, LPN, etc.
- Keyboard proficiency
- Experience using Electronic Health Recordsu00A0
- Knowledge of medical terminologyu00A0
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize worku00A0
- Social perceptiveness and service orientedu00A0
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsu00A0
Job Title: Medical Scribe/ Advanced Clinical Associate
Pay Range: $20.50/hr. u2013 $26.50/hr.u00A0(range based off experience)
